XM-plery Moves: SiriusXM's The Highway morning co-host Macie Banks has moved to middays. She succeeds Ashley Till, who shifts to afternoons on Y2Kountry, where in turn Danielle Peck moves from afternoons to evenings, which had been music intensive. Cody Alan remains solo in mornings on The Highway, but will be joined Sept. 30 by former Apple Music Radio Sr. Content Producer Lauryn Snapp as show producer. The move reunites Alan and Snapp who worked together on CMT After MidNite With Cody Alan and CMT Radio Live With Cody Alan from 2018 to 2022 (CAT 1/18/22).
Banks joined The Highway in mornings (CAT 10/5/21) after time at Cumulus/Atlanta and WNGC/Athens, GA. She also handled middays from April through September last year (CAT 4/4/23) until Alan's arrival, when she focused on mornings and Till took over the shift. In addtion to her time with Apple Music Radio, Snapp continues to host Townsquare's syndicated Hot AC PopCrush Nights.
