A new address is coming April 1

Dear Staff,

I want to inform you about an upcoming address change for CDS, our check and mailed-revenue processing company. Starting April 1, CDS, our check and mailed-revenue processing company, will have a new mailing address for all payments, donations, and processing forms (credit card or ACH). This change is part of CDS’s ongoing efforts to consolidate facilities as more transactions move from physical to digital. You may remember a similar transition in fall 2021 when CDS closed its Prescott, Arizona, processing center.

The New Address

We will share the new address with staff in March and with donors in April. To prevent misdirected revenue and processing delays, please continue using the current address until April 1.

Key Dates to Remember

February – March 2025: Continue using the current Harlan address for mailed donations and payments.
March 2025: Watch for missionwide communications with updated mailing details. We will send U.S. staff an email and we’ll include a message on Noteworthy and on Staff Resources pages.
April 2025: Donors will receive the new CDS address on their receipts, the remittance slips, and return envelopes in April. We will share a copy of donor communications in next month’s staff communications.
