Manage Up: Big Machine Records Founder/Chairman Scott Borchetta has launched Nashville-based management division Borchetta Entertainment Group, and signed Blue Highway artist Carly Pearce as its first client. Simply Red: Red Street Records National Dir./Country Promotion Sally Allgeier has added Digital Partnerships to her title, while Dir./Creative Cambria Sojka been named Dir./Marketing & Creative, both serving the country and Christian rosters. Additionally, Olivia Vardy has been hired as Coord./Digital Marketing. Allgeier joined Red Street in 2022, and was promoted from Dir./Field Promotion to her most recent title in 2024 (CAT 2/28/24). Kick The Dust Upped: As reported via Breaking News, MCA/Nashville VP/Promotion Miranda McDonald and Mercury VP/Promotion Jimmy Rector have been promoted to SVPs/Promotion & Regional Marketing. In their expanded roles, McDonald and Rector will continue leading national Country radio strategy while also overseeing regional marketing initiatives. McDonald joined then-UMGN in 2012 and transitioned to MCA/Nashville as VP in 2024 (3/7/24). Rector also joined in 2012 and rose to VP that same year (10/26/12). Terry Crews: After retiring from Audacy WBEE/Rochester's morning show in 2023 (CAT 3/10/23), Terry Clifford will join Lloyd Lane Classic Country WCJW-AM/Warsaw, NY for middays April 1. Marty Czekala, who was upped from weekends to middays last summer (CAT 8/1/25), shifts to nights. Clifford had been with the (now) Audacy/Rochester cluster since 1984 and handled mornings and middays during her tenure. Reach her on the new job here.

This Town's Been Two Good To Us: “I’m proud of the team and what we’ve accomplished over the past 10 years,” says outgoing (CAT 3/13) Curb SVP/Promotion RJ Meacham, who is transitioning to a consulting role beginning in April. As announced via Breaking News, succeeding him in co-leading the department are Nat'l. Dir./Promotion Todd Thomas and Nat'l. Dir./Promotion & Strategic Initiatives Allyson Gelnett (Massey). In their new roles, Thomas will direct the regional staff, and Gelnett (Massey) will focus on strategic initiatives and the Northeast region.

Reve News: Townsquare reported Q4 2025 net revenue of $106.5 million, off 9.6% from $117.8m in the same period in 2024. Broadcast advertising net revenue decreased 17.8%, while digital ad revenue was off 1.0%. For the year, net revenue declined 5.2%, with broadcast revenue down 12.6% and digital net revenue rising 0.9%. "Townsquare’s fourth quarter and year end results met our previously issued net revenue and Adjusted EBITDA guidance," says CEO Bill Wilson. "Our Digital First Local Media strategy allowed us to deliver excellent results for our clients, while also outperforming competitors and gaining market share." Full release here.
