A Note from Kyle
Okemo Ski & Ride School Team,
I’m writing you to share I have accepted the position of Director of Skier Services at Keystone Resort, located in Summit County, CO. While I will remain in Vermont for the next 3 weeks, I will be transitioning to my role at Keystone effectively immediately. While transitioning, I will be moving most of my responsibilities over to other team members within the resort. I will continue to the work on hiring a new Competition Services Program Director and hope to have an announcement within the next few weeks. The process for hiring a new Director of Skier Services for Okemo has already begun and we expect to have the position filled mid to late September.
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all of you who welcomed my family and I to Vermont 2 years ago. My wife has already shared her frustration about the lack of quality maple syrup available in Summit County. Personally, I’m a bit more disappointed I’ll be missing out on experiencing the new Quantum Six and Evergreen Express Lifts. Time truly does fly when you’re having fun and the last two years have gone by way too fast. I’d like to especially thank Sue Donnelly, Brittany Comfort and Chris Saylor for truly making this the experience of a lifetime.
During this transition, all questions regarding the Ski & Ride School and Competition Services should be directed to our Senior Manager of SRS Chris Saylor at CNSaylor@vailresorts.com. All ticket and pass issues should be directed to our Northeast Senior PSS Manager Susan Donnelly at SDonnelly@vailresorts.com. Lastly, for questions related to Summer Operations please reach out to our Senior Manager of Ski Patrol Chris Lancaster at CaLancaster@vailresorts.com.
Thank You!
