| Congratulations to the upcoming spring and summer 2024 grads! This a reminder that the spring commencement ceremonies will be held in person from May 16–18 at St. Ignatius Church. Students who did not attend the Grad Finale event and are participating in commencement must pick up their academic regalia and tickets on May 16–18, as mentioned here. If you have not yet applied to graduate, please do so ASAP by going to the Application for Graduation Information web page and completing the application.

Program End Dates
All F-1 students are responsible for completing their program on time. Remember that failure to complete your studies at USF before your I-20 program end date is considered a violation of your F-1 student status. Please note that the program end date listed on your I-20 also signifies the end of any student employment positions on campus. If you will not be able to complete your degree requirements by the program end date on your I-20, please make an appointment with your ISSS adviser to discuss your eligibility for an extension of your stay in the U.S. View additional information »
Travel Signature
If you already have an I-20 with a valid travel signature in your MyISSS account, you can go to your record, download, print, and sign this document. You do not need a valid travel signature to exit the U.S. — you only need it to re-enter. Please review the Documents tab in your MyISSS profile to find your most recent I-20. For additional information, refer to the MyISSS Student Handbook »
Note: For students traveling during the summer break, ISSS will be holding Travel Signature Days between May 7–10, during which any submitted travel signature requests will be processed by May 10.

Address Reporting
Students are required to report any changes in local residence (the address in the U.S. where they are currently living) and permanent residence (the address that is outside of the U.S.). By logging into the MyISSS portal, students are able to update these addresses in their profile information. If you are on OPT or STEM OPT, you can update your local address in your SEVP Portal directly. If you'd like to update your address for other USF offices, please do so in your myUSF account. Note the address information in myUSF will not appear in SEVIS or be used by the ISSS office. View additional information under Updating your Address in MyISSS »
