Members of the community then gathered on the academic quad for a teach-in featuring Muscogee leaders' remarks, hymns, storytelling, cultural labs, a stomp dance, food, and beautiful weather.
Thank you to all who participated and to the citizens of the Muscogee Nation who partnered with us. More photos and next steps for the ILP project coming soon. For questions, please contact religiouslife@emory.edu
IRC Update
On October 31, our sixth IRC dinner of this school year, we continued to dialogue about metaphors of light/darkness in different traditions with Hindu Chaplain Shweta Chaitanya. We are thankful to the student leaders in this group who make our weekly meetings so meaningful and help to create a culture of interfaith respect, learning, and engagement on campus.
