As we continue to monitor the winter weather throughout the region, Duke University Health System has not activated the severe weather policy at this time. Most ambulatory clinics will delay opening until 10 a.m. Impacted clinics will receive direct communication from managers.
All health system managers should work with team members to ensure appropriate staffing and adjust for patient scheduling changes as necessary.
Please continue to plan ahead, allow extra time, and use caution when traveling in the morning, as there will be snow and icy patches throughout the region.
