This is the first in a series of town halls at all our Memphis colleges and all campuses statewide so the Executive Leadership Team can hear from you! Submit questions here.

The UT Health Science Center Family Campaign is underway now through September 30! The campaign aims to encourage a culture of philanthropy among employees to benefit our students and our university. Give $10 or more to receive a sip-and-stir mug, and give at least $5 per month through payroll deduction to receive a badge reel!

Ahead of open enrollment October 1-18, the Employee Benefits Fair is set for Tuesday, September 24, from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm, in the Madison Plaza lobby. Stop by for information about medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, investment programs, and more. Plus, pick up giveaways including gift cards and socks!

Boo Flu is Friday, September 27
|
University Health Services and students in the College of Pharmacy’s APhA-ASP and SNPhA organizations will provide FREE flu vaccinations Friday, September 27, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, in the Madison Plaza lobby. This vaccination clinic will be first come, first served. Additional dates may be added depending on vaccine supply.
