Thank you for presenting a research poster during the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Research and Innovation Meeting to be held at the Hall of Champions at Kyle Field in College Station on October 5-6, 2026.

The meeting is part of Chancellor Hegar’s initiative to increase system-wide research and collaboration across AI efforts and activities. The poster gallery is a key element of the meeting, providing an opportunity for researchers from the 12 Texas A&M System universities and eight state agencies to meet, exchange ideas, foster collaboration, and build new research teams.

If you need a poster template, there is one available online. Your poster has been assigned to one of eight thematic categories:

The poster gallery will be located on the first floor of the Hall of Champions, with setup between 9 a.m.-11:45 a.m. on Monday, October 5. On-site maps and signs will mark areas assigned to each theme, and staff will be on site to direct you to your designated poster location.

Parking is available at:

While posters will remain set up throughout the event, researchers are only expected to be present at their posters during the networking breaks, as noted on the agenda.
