Now, we have heard your feedback about wanting to become familiar with the associated guest experience in Ski & Ride School in My Epic.

We’re excited to offer a new opportunity for you and your families to better understand the full Ski & Ride School in My Epic experience. To receive the enhanced experience at Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, and Keystone, eligible SRS and PSS employees can now attend a free Employee Ski School lesson and/or request a one-time comp group lesson for their dependent(s) during this off‑peak window.

This experience gives you firsthand visibility into the guest journey—from check‑in, to photos and updates, to lesson summaries and skills—so you can better advocate, support, and deliver the service we aim for every day.

If you’d like to participate, please stop by one of your resorts’ PSS offices (outside of their peak business hours) to book a qualifying lesson experience for you and/or your dependent(s).
