TSS status, progress, weekly highlights and more!
This initial release of TSS is focused on delivering the core capabilities needed to support Fall 2026. As with any major system launch, you may encounter limitations, workarounds or functionality that continues to evolve as the system stabilizes. The TSS team is actively reviewing reported issues and prioritizing fixes that affect critical university operations, so please use one of the established TSS support channels to ensure your request is tracked and directed to the right team.

The issue regarding viewing historical TEA attachments for staff and students is resolved. Therefore, users should be able to see attachments in former TEA requests that weren’t visible before.
-
The Waitlist Report is currently experiencing an issue where the Year field does not populate, which can cause selected periods and filtered searches to return blank results. In the meantime, users can search by class only and use Ctrl+F to locate the exact section ID within the report. The team is actively working to resolve this issue.
-
Find a Student and Class Roster applications are currently estimated for release in mid-September before fall quarter instruction begins (subject to change). Additional updates will be shared as the release date approaches.
-
Booking and Waitlists: A known issue may cause students to see a course displaying 1 available seat but receive a message that it can only be booked through the waitlist. In these cases, the course is most likely full. Students are encouraged to identify backup classes in the meantime. In alignment with standard business operations:
- Beginning today, September 4, graduate students and incoming undergraduate students will be able to join waitlists again.
- Continuing undergraduate students are currently unable to join waitlists. They will be able to join waitlists once their booking windows reopen at midnight on September 12.
