Report Those Tricksters Take Back Your Inbox from Hackers
For week #4 of National Cybersecurity Awareness Month we'll focus on how you can report the ghoulish schemes darkening your inboxes, phones, and cyber lives.
So you've used what you've learned about phishing and spotted a scam (nice work!).
Now what?
Find the PhishMe Reporter icon that's built-in to your campus Outlook account on your device.
So we can see the whole phishing message, forward it as an attachment before sending.
Urgent Call
If you've been hacked - or provided any information or credentials - additionally report it to the IRT Service Desk Team ASAP at 916-278-7337 so they can assist you with account recovery.
Change your Password
It's smart to also change your Sac State password (choose something completely different) at password.csus.edu.
When it comes to campus cyber attacks, you're never alone - Team IRT is here for you! Your IRT Information Security Team
