The July release of TSS is focused on delivering the core capabilities needed to support Fall 2026. As with any major system launch, you may encounter limitations, workarounds, or functionality that continues to evolve as the system stabilizes.
The TSS team is actively reviewing reported issues and prioritizing fixes that affect critical university operations, so please use one of the established TSS support channels (linked below) to ensure your request is tracked and directed to the right team.

TSS launched this week and here's what you should know:

- Update to Today's In-Person Support: TSS in-person support will not be available Friday, July 17, due to building maintenance. Please see other support options available.

TSS Production: Will be unavailable for data migration from July 14 through July 19, overnight between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. PDT. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete loading this important data into the new system.

Schedule of Classes: The initial TSS Schedule of Classes provides the core functionality needed to search for and review Fall 2026 course offerings, and it will continue to be refined over the coming weeks. - TSS resources and job aids are being created weekly, so check out TSS Training for Staff & Faculty webpage regularly for new materials! Make sure to expand the drawers to see topic-specific information.

TSS launched on July 13 to campus staff and faculty! Students are expected to gain access to TSS on Monday, July 20, with booking (enrollment) beginning Wednesday, July 22. Students will receive communications from the Registrar’s Office next week to inform them of their TSS access and Booking opening.
