Dear GEPA colleagues,

Please review the information below regarding timeline for uAchieve Degree Audits in TSS as well as guidelines for processing Degree Audit exceptions during this period. 

TSS Degree Audits will be available for graduate students in September. From that point through October 13th, two versions of the Degree Audit will be active in different environments:

1. ISIS/MyTritonLink Degree Audit (known as ‘GR Audit’): includes Summer 2026 courses; excludes Fall 2026 booked courses. 

2. TSS Degree Audit (known as ‘GRT Audit’): will include Fall 2026 booked courses; will exclude Summer 2026 courses until the final migration of Academic History happens in October.

On August 5, all graduate Degree Audit exceptions will be copied from the GR Audit from ISIS to the new GRT Audit which is connected to TSS. Please read ahead to learn about processing uAchieve Degree Audit exceptions during the transition period, from August 5 to October 13, 2026.

Exceptions & Actions to Transition to TSS

From August 5 onwards, any exceptions that are entered in the ISIS GR Audit will not carry over to the TSS GRT Audit. However, this does not eliminate the need to enter exceptions on the GR Audit in some cases. Listed below are examples of exceptions that may need to be entered into the current GR Audit:

• Current Degree Conferral Processing: All Degree Audit exceptions required for current degree conferrals (Summer 2026 or retro degrees for prior quarters) should continue to be entered in the GR Audit. These exceptions will not carry over to TSS. However, you will not need to re-enter these exceptions into the GRT Audit if the student’s degree will be conferred in ISIS, as their final printed Degree Audit from ISIS will be stored in OnBase as part of the degree conferral package.

○ Note: If a student’s degree conferral is not processed by October 13 when we  cut over fully to TSS, exceptions from the GR Audit entered after August 5 will need to be manually re-entered by the advisor in the GRT Audit to ensure all requirements are marked as 'complete' before the degree can be conferred in TSS. Therefore, if you add a Degree Audit exception to the GR Audit on August 5 or after for a student with a current degree conferral pending, and there is a chance the degree conferral will not be processed by October 13, you should keep track of these exceptions and plan to enter them into the TSS Audit in September.

• Future Degree Conferral Processing: For students continuing their graduate program in Fall 2026 and forward, please track any exceptions within your unit from August 5 through when the TSS uAchieve Degree Audit is live, including any approved petitions that require an update to the Degree Audit. You will be able to enter these exceptions after go-live, and this will reduce the amount of duplicate work that you/your unit would need to do. Please alert any impacted students of the blackout dates to eliminate confusion during this transition period.

User Acceptance Testing

Please note that our current timeline will not allow for extensive testing of our Degree Audits, and there may be some gaps in functionality at go-live. We are doing our best to minimize these gaps, carefully balancing the timeline with the need to get degree audits ready in TSS as students continue planning their schedule and booking their courses. 

Testing of graduate Degree Audit functionality will begin in the next couple of weeks. Testing will involve comparing ISIS and TSS Degree Audits side by side, finding discrepancies and reporting them in our test script. If you are interested and available to assist with this effort, please consult with your supervisor first. After getting clearance from your supervisor, you may contact Alex Duran directly to express your interest in being a Degree Audit tester. Contact information is included in the signature of this message.

Support

If you require any assistance with uAchieve exceptions for students who are continuing their graduate careers in Fall 2026 (meaning that they are not conferring their degrees by Summer 2026), we ask that you refrain from submitting uAchieve SNOW ticket requests for the next few weeks. This will allow our uAchieve Encoders to focus on testing, updating and validating encoding to prepare for going live with the TSS uAchieve Degree Audit. In the meantime, please consider reaching out to your colleagues for assistance and refer to the training resources for making uAchieve exceptions.
