LIFT Trainings Requirements |
You will receive an email from People Connect and The LIFT when you are both made active and your LIFT trainings are available to complete. You will not be able to log in until you receive these emails. If these trainings aren't listed in your profile in The LIFT, you can search and enroll yourself.

LIFT training courses are paid activities, and you must punch in/out through ProConnect Tools (link on bcsnowpro.com). Be sure to select the “BC Virtual Lift PUNCH” work category and include any applicable notes, including the titles of the specific training courses that were completed during that work session.
If you encounter issues with punching in/out, double-check your Required Notices in EpicEmployee. If the issue continues, please record your time and contact your supervisor for further troubleshooting and pay approval.

- All instructors are also required to attend on-snow training.

To better protect your personal information, Vail Resorts has introduced two-step authentication for EpicEmployee and enhanced verification protocols when contacting ITConnect or PeopleConnect.
When reaching out by phone, please be prepared to verify your identity with:

- Full Legal Name
- Employee ID
|
And three of the following four Questions:
|
- Date of Birth
- Home Address
- Personal Phone Number
- Personal Email Address (Email Address used for Pre-Boarding)

If you’ve deleted the Microsoft Authenticator App or are using a new device, you MUST contact ITConnect for assistance. This will require a video call and a federally issued ID for verification.

Employee Parking and Transportation to the Resort from Parking Lots |
|
|
Free employee parking is available for all employees at the Wolf Lot. Please remember that parking is a privilege, not a right. For additional details on registering for free employee parking, please use this LINK!
Employees may also park in any of Beaver Creek’s paid surface lots or parking garages, but will be subject to guest rates, and no employee discount applies. Overnight parking is not permitted in the Wolf Lot.
Shuttle Access:
Village Transportation offers a free bus service in and around Beaver Creek Village, including to and from Employee Housing and the Employee Parking Lot via the Employee Shuttle. We recommend downloading the Beaver Creek Village Transportation app
