Sept. 12: Being the CEO of Your Career
Presented by Archana Chatterjee, this session explores personal values alignment and ways to exercise more intentionality in developing your career pathway in academic medicine to align your trajectory with personal values that drive engagement and personal meaning-making. - Oct. 9: Striving for Optimal Wellness Through Changing Times
Jamie Dinwiddie, will explore a practical approach to overcoming adversity with resolve, grounded in the well-established tenets of awareness, stewardship, servanthood and responsiveness.

Hosted by University’s Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost, New Faculty Launch is a year-long program designed to help familiarize new faculty with University resources to advance their careers as scholars, teachers and mentors. The program kicks off with a three-day orientation Aug. 18-20 with additional monthly sessions during the academic year.

Mobilizing Character: Caught, Taught & Sought
|
This workshop series features strategies for supporting learners’ character development and expression through daily teaching and feedback practices such as purposeful role modeling, character-related feedback, values-based discussions, story-telling and broadened perspective taking. Sessions held 5:30-6:45 p.m. biweekly on Tuesdays via Zoom starting Sept. 23. Sign up for as many sessions as your schedule allows.
