We officially said so long to summer and kicked off fall with a special preview screening of The Wild Robot at Village East Cinema. We were thrilled to have special guests Lupita Nyong'o and director Chris Sanders join us for a brilliant pre-screening Q&A.
In June, we treated audiences to an early screening of The Imaginary at the Paris Theater, followed by an insightful and charming Q&A with writer, producer, Miyazaki protégé, and Studio Ponoc founder Yoshiaki Nishimura, moderated by NYICFF juror and friend Ellen Su.
