  • Creating Forms and Surveys | Wednesday, September 4 | 12 - 1:30 p.m. CST
  • Entering and Exporting Data* | Thursday, September 5 | 12 - 1:30 p.m. CST

WashU REDCap Self-Service Support

In addition to the training sessions scheduled above, we have robust self-service support and training on our WashU REDCap Support Documentation and REDCap Training Confluence pages. These resources include:

  • REDCap Policies
  • User Guides
  • WashU REDCap FAQ
  • User Rights Definitions
  • Advanced Project Design Features

WashU REDCap User Community Meetings

Wednesday, August 21, 12-1 p.m.

REDCap User Community Meetings occur the third Wednesday of the month from 12-1 p.m. CST.  An Outlook invitation (Wash U REDCap User Community Meeting.ics), Zoom link, and materials from previous meetings can be found in this box folder.

WashU REDCap e-Consent

The WashU REDCap e-Consent process was developed by a university e-consent task force. If you are using, or plan to use REDCap for e-consent, we recommend using the WashU REDCap e-Consent Template Project and WashU REDCap e-Consent Standard Operating Procedures. Using the template and SOPs will help your consent process meet WashU standards all the way through to securely delivering a fully executed Informed Consent Form.

Project Build and Epic Data Pull Services

The I2DB Data Brokerage team provides REDCap Database Build and Smart on FHIR (Epic Data Pull to REDCap) services for a $150 per hour fee+.  Please see the WashU REDCap Fee for Services page for more information and to request these services.

+Both of these services are now at the $150 per hour fee.

Sending Email from a Guest WashU REDCap Account

We often receive tickets regarding issues with REDCap email invitations sent from collaborators with guest WUSTL Keys not making it to the inbox of survey respondents. This actually is due to email providers trying to stop phishing emails.  The best approach is to send from a shared @wustl email account. Read more about it in this user guide: Sending Email Invitations from Guest Wash U REDCap Accounts.

If you have questions about the information in this email or are unable to access the links above, please Submit a REDCap Ticket.

Thank you,
