Meet Tyler McDonald, Assistant Director, Finance360 |
We are excited to announce that Tyler McDonald has assumed the role of Assistant Director, Finance360. Since joining GW in 2024, Tyler has shown outstanding leadership in employer engagement and student support, strengthening recruiting pipelines through data-informed strategies and coordinating key initiatives, including career fairs, employer sessions, alumni mixers, and the recent Wall Street Finance Alliance trek. His effective management of engagement platforms and strong relationships with employers and alumni have enhanced student career readiness and outcomes.
In his new role, Tyler will support the continued evolution of the Finance360 program by integrating experiential learning, industry collaboration, and personalized coaching. He looks forward to working closely with the Wall Street Finance Alliance to expand opportunities and elevate pathways for GWSB’s aspiring finance professionals.

🎤Looking for Peer-to-Peer Career Support? |
Undergraduate and graduate students can supplement their Fowler Career Center coaching by booking peer-to-peer appointments with Fowler Coordinators (who support undergraduates) and Fowler Associates (who support graduates) through Handshake. Just navigate to the Career Center → Appointments→ GWSB Peer Advising (Undergraduate) tab to get started.
These trained student leaders can help you strengthen your resume and cover letters, prepare for mock interviews, navigate career resources, explore GWSB organizations, and share their experiences securing internships and jobs. They work closely with the Fowler Career Center team and stay current on GWSB career programs, opportunities, and events.
