During this engaging presentation, attendees will learn how BIC’s product strategy is evolving in order to attract a new generation of digitally-native, trend-focused consumers while honoring its roots as a heritage brand. In addition, the qualities and experience BIC looks for when recruiting recent college graduates, and how students can prepare and develop themselves to become CEOs, will be discussed.
