A New Integrated Approach to Behavioral Health
|
On July 1, 2023, we will launch our integrated and insourced behavioral health model to all Commercial members. As a leading regional health plan with an integrated behavioral health care model, we will manage our members’ care from the first phone call and throughout their health care journey to ensure they can access the care, services and support they need. This best-in-class model focuses on delivering coordinated care across both medical and behavioral health needs through a condition-based approach, which is designed to help your employees achieve better health outcomes.
In addition, we wanted to highlight some of our latest provider partnerships:
- Cortica*: A physician-led autism service provider that offers both integrated behavioral health and medical treatment for autism care in one location.
-
Valera Health*: Offers comprehensive, virtual care for kids and adults with mild to severe mental illness.
Learn more about our current behavioral health programs and services and share this brochure with your employees.

Comprehensive New Member Communication
|
MyWire, our secure and personalized text messaging channel, is now available to Harvard Pilgrim Health Care members aged 18+ with a mobile phone number on file. MyWire enables members to stay informed while on the go. A series of initial messages will guide new members through accessing their plan information. These messages provide valuable education on behavioral health, exclusive discounts, perks and more. In addition, to help your new employees make the most of their new health plan benefits, we encourage you to share our Know Your Care Options brochure and our new member resource flyers in English and Spanish.
