VOLUNTEER OF THE MONTH
Meet our November Volunteer of the Month, Jan E.! Jan joined the VRA family just this past summer and has been a regular on the pen cleaning scene since. She is roughly 5' something of pure firecracker! If you've been in the pens with her, you know her energy is absolutely contagious! She seems to be in competition with herself on how fast she can get all pens done, making her an incredible work buddy. In addition to pen cleaning and chores, she has jumped in wherever she can help, whether it's for an event, session, to help with feeding, fundraising assistance, literally ANYTHING! Something worth mentioning...as an avid golfer, she has some pretty 'cool' tricks up her sleeve when it comes to being outside in the heat. If you see her sporting a hat on a super hot day, chances are she's got an ice pack stowed on top of her head. Pure genius! Jan, thank you for all the work you've been putting in. We all appreciate you!
