- Summer 2024 courses began appearing in Canvas the week of March 7th
- Fall 2024 courses will begin appearing in Canvas the week of June 3rd

Note: If you do not see a course in Canvas, please confirm with your department that you have been listed as instructor of record for the class in the Banner system before filing a help ticket.

Just a reminder that all videos created before January 1, 2024 and stored in the Panopto video software will be archived around August 1st.
Videos previously moved to protected Master or Parent courses will be retained. As a reminder, videos are stored in the archive for one year before deletion. If you have questions about your videos or need to have a video restored, email helpdesk@uah.edu with your name and the course to check, as well as video titles you are seeking to restore.

GTA Pro Zoom Account

It is that time again!
Just as we do every year, all GTA Pro Zoom accounts will be downgraded to the standard free account in May. If your GTA needs to retain their Pro account (licensed) for the summer, then email helpdesk@uah.edu with the GTAs name and ChargerID asking for the account to be retained.

ETLC Welcomes New Team Member

ETLC is very happy to welcome Ms. Emily Peck as a full-time Instructional Designer on our team! Ms. Peck has taught Political Science at UAH since 2010 and was instrumental in assisting the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences through the conversion to online course delivery during COVID.

While we were sorry to say goodbye to Ms. Janet Reyes, we are excited to move forward with Ms. Emily Peck!

If there is an issue with the PC or AV equipment in the classroom, please call 256-824-7700.
If necessary, you can do a hard restart on a frozen computer by pressing the power button on the CPU. Under no conditions should you unplug anything. Unplugging equipment causes numerous problems with expensive hardware.

Canvas support is available 24/7 via the Help link on the Canvas global navigation menu (blue vertical bar on left of screen). Choose from the Email (Report a problem), Phone, or Chat options.
Panopto Support is available 24/7 by calling 855.765.2341.
