HANDBOOKS AND REQUIRED
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORMS
SVdP makes its program offerings, procedures, and expectations for a variety of programs known via handbooks for those programs.
For some of those handbooks, parents are required to print off, sign as indicated, and return an acknowledgement form (usually at the end of any given handbook).
Below are links for our various handbooks along with notations as to whether an acknowledgement form must be completed for each handbook. Links for handbooks can also be found under the Parents/Public dropdown menu on the school homepage.
Please review all handbooks applicable to your children and complete and return the necessary acknowledgement forms. All families will at a minium need to complete the form for the Family Handbook, with other forms necessary only if children are enrolled in those specific programs.
Forms can be returned to the school office. The office will be staffed during Open House on August 12.

Childcare Handbook (one form required; the handbook also includes a form for setting up automatic payments of childcare fees which may be used if applicable)
