Ayurveda & Yoga - supporting your health as nature intended
mandala
This is a photo of the very popular elephant headed Lord Ganesh.
His human head was replaced when his father, Shiva, came home and mistakenly thought his wife Parvati (Ganeshas mother) had been unfaithful to him. In his rage he chopped off the young boys head. Distraught when he realised the mistake he replaced the head with
that of the first creature he found, an elephant.

Ganesh is revered for helping us to remove obstacles in our lives.

Because of Ganeshas experience in being given an elephant head,
he has become a very popular and helpful symbol for so many people overcoming obstacles in their daily lives. Rather than hide from challenges, perhaps it's better to face them, creating positive
changes to benefit ourselves and others.

I am in the process of changing some of my regular offerings.
After this year I wil no longer be hosting in person group workshops
in Devon. I am pausing (indefinetly) trips to India after February 2027.

With all endings come opportunities for new beginnings.
I am focusing more fully on one to one sessions as well as the very occasional retreat elsewhere plus online journeys. More info is below.

Thank you
So many of you have been through many changes with me over the years and I am so incredibly grateful for your ongoing support and kindness. We all shift and change to some extent as life goes on. I first began this journey with Yoga in Torquay in 2003, now 23 years ago. I discovered Ayurveda in early 2008, over 18 years ago. I hope that my evolving offerings (particularly the online pilgrimage (and other planned online group gatherings) continue to offer the same sense of community that we have shared over the years. Our community has  become so much more widespread I know, we still seem to keep wonderfully connected and this is valued so much here.
