In this hybrid retreat, Richard will give a daily talk and offer in-person and online private meetings. Each afternoon, he will attend the in-person/online group dialogues and offer, along with Jesse Casper, somatic inquiry and Continuum movement.
There is still space to attend the retreat in person, with single and shared rooms available. As this is a hybrid retreat, there is unlimited space to attend online, full or part time, as your schedule allows. Retreat is an invitation to explore together and discover for ourselves the miracle of spacious awareness and the flowing nature of embodied being.
It is an invitation to wonder and curiosity. An invitation to soften around our ideas of what life is or should be, and to enter into the fullness of our living experience. To be here with the same spirit of wonder and curiosity we had as children--allowing everything to be fresh and unknown.
Our daily rhythms will include quiet sitting, movement and somatic inquiry, and the invitation to walk in nature on our miles of trails. All offerings are optional, allowing you to choose what is right for you in any moment.
