Their Mission: The Herb Society of Nashville is a non-profit, working organization dedicated to promoting the knowledge, use, and delight of herbs through educational programs, research and sharing the experience of its members with the community.
Grant Purpose Statement: Supporting gardens that enhance opportunity, awareness, and sense of community by providing nutrition, wellness and education.
Applicants: Grant applicants may include schools, communities, care facilities, not-for-profit organizations, and any other entity that supports the HSN mission in the Middle Tennessee area. Though previous grant recipients may apply each year, if an applicant has not submitted a progress report and/or has not completed their prior project or used their prior grant funding, they may not apply for the 2024 grant.
Deadline & Dates: Application proposals must be received on or before February 1, 2024. The application must be submitted in electronic form.
