The Great Sweet Potato Share

The Great Sweet Potato Share has been postponed until April 12th, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. as we distribute 40,000 pounds (or 20 tons) of sweet potatoes to our hungry neighbors in Middle Tennessee.

This a great family service activity! Feel free to drop in before or after the Easter Egg Hunt.

We’ll meet in the Mayfair Parking Lot.

Story-Telling and the Bible

(Young Families Sunday School Class)

April 13, May 1, May 8, May 15

How often do you and your kids pick up a Bible? How often do you tell stories from the bible to your kid(s)? How many stories from the bible do you know?? Why is story-telling even important in the first place?!

Join us for this four-week series. It will lead us into deeply rich and deeply practical conversations about scripture, storytelling as it relates to the Bible, and why they matter for us and our kids. We'll talk about our own experiences with scripture and hopes we have for our kids as they grow, and think through really tangible ways to move deeper into relationship with scripture as a family. Promise this will be worth your time. Plan to join us!

Crush this age-old darkness, O Christ, in the winepress of your everlasting light.

Trample this old darkness and from it draw the wine of everlasting life.

Upend all works of death.

Make all things new. Make all things right.

You have made all things well.

You have made all things well.

You have made all things well, O Christ!
