A summer staple that loves the heat, peppers are one crop we can usually count on having at market during the late summer season. They're also one of the most colorful crops, ranging in vibrant shades of red, orange, yellow, green, and even purple. Common market finds include hot varieties like jalapenos, serranos, and habaneros, and sweet/mild varieties like shishitos, bananas, and bells.
