I look forward to working with the amazing TU alumni, staff, faculty, and friends of TU.”
Corey received a bachelor’s degree in history from Kenyon College and a master of public administration degree from the University of Michigan.
“James is an accomplished development professional, who is committed to our mission and focused on creating new opportunities to further elevate The University of Tulsa,” said President Brad R. Carson. “He is eager to get to know the members of TU’s dedicated Golden Hurricane family, and we welcome his expertise and enthusiasm in this important role.
“We also thank TU alumna Amy Freiberger for serving as interim vice president as we conducted this national search. Her leadership during the transition has been invaluable, and she will return to her role as associate vice president to support our new VP and the university.”
