We’re excited to host another Parents’ Date Night event. Featuring games and activities, dinner, and three hours of parental freedom. This is a drop-off event so parents can enjoy a night for themselves. Open to kids 6 months - 14 years old.
Little ones aged 6 months to 6 years will have a blast in KidZone, while those aged 7 to 14 can look forward to a fun-filled pool party.

Join us for this partner yoga workshop. Sip warming cacao, drop into a paired breathing practice and flow through an uplifting, feel-good yoga sequence designed to open the heart and synchronize with your partner. We close with a loving-kindness meditation and melt into a sound healing Savasana.

Make a splash with our pool party rentals, available on Saturdays and Sundays from 4-6pm. Our package includes access to our spacious party room—equipped with chairs, tables, a sink, and a fridge/freezer—along with two pool lanes combined into one large swim area, perfect for family fun.

MUSCLE ISN'T JUST FOR LOOKS — |
It’s a longevity organ that keeps you strong, steady, and independent as you age. Strength training does far more than build tone; it helps regulate blood sugar, improve bone density, and support hormone balance, all of which protect against age-related decline. In fact, maintaining muscle mass is one of the best predictors of long-term health and mobility. The good news? Even two focused sessions a week can make a powerful difference.
A well-rounded strength routine can look different for everyone. For beginners, start with bodyweight movements like squats, push-ups, and glute bridges to build a foundation. As you get stronger, incorporate resistance bands, dumbbells, or machines for added challenge. More advanced routines might include compound lifts like deadlifts, rows, and presses that work multiple muscle groups at once, boosting efficiency and calorie burn.
Remember — progress is about consistency, not perfection. Think of strength training as an investment in future you: strong bones, stable joints, and a body that moves with ease through every decade.
