The Business Intelligence (BI) and Financial Reporting team is excited to announce the launch of two new Tableau dashboards for Award Management and Internal Controls.

 

You are receiving this because you are in a leadership position that oversees financial operations or research administration within your department and may benefit from these new resources.

 

The Award Management Dashboard provides a centralized view of key metrics critical to award management procedures. It includes five dashboard pages: Overspending and Underspending, Closeout, ECERT, Cost Transfers, and Award Setup and Modification. 

 

The Internal Controls Dashboard provides a centralized view of key metrics critical to maintaining strong internal controls. It currently includes two dashboard pages: Default Project Status and Reconciliation. A third page for Procure to Pay metrics will be added in the fall. This dashboard offers timely insights to help departments monitor compliance, identify risks, and support sound financial stewardship.

 

While reports are user-tested as much as possible prior to release, we recognize that they won’t be perfect immediately. We rely on community feedback through enhancement requests and tickets to get new reports into their final form. We look forward to working with you to make these new reports the best they can be.
