3rd ANNUAL ACTIVE FOR ANIMALS
Saturday, 10/28, FREE for the Community

Join us for community fitness classes, complimentary coffee, and a meet-and-greet with adoptables from the Napa County Animal Shelter. This event is open to the community and to all fitness levels (beginners and non-members welcome!), with a suggested donation of $5 per class. Join us for FUN and fitness as we come together to raise valuable resources for our furry companions in need!

ACTIVE FOR ANIMALS DONATION DRIVE

No Tricks, Just Treats -- All for Friends of Napa County Animal Shelter! This year, we’re collecting dog, cat and kitten dry and canned food which can be dropped off at the Service Desk. Monetary donations are also accepted with 100% of funds collected going to the Friends of Napa County Animal Shelter. Drop your donation items by 10/31.

NEW CLASS! GENTLE YOGA STRETCH

Starting Friday, 10/27 at 11:45am

A mix of gentle moving stretches, deep static stretching and relaxing yoga poses. Finishing with relaxation for a completely balanced mind and body.

FULL CLASS SCHEDULE

3-WEEK BALANCE WORKSHOP
Starting 10/9, Mondays from 12:15pm-1pm
Member Pricing: $60
Balance is the ability to control your body’s position, whether stationary or while moving. Improving your balance will help you perform your daily tasks and keep you fit to do all the activities that you enjoy. Join us for this 3-Week Series!

Week 1: Mon. 10/9 - Stability - Learn how to activate and stabilize your core, as well as proper and safe body stance.
Week 2: Mon. 10/16 - Strength - Execute exercises that will strengthen the muscles that help with stabilization and balance: legs, glutes and all of the muscles that touch your spine aka your core.
Week 3: Mon. 10/23 - Dynamic Balance - Put it all together and put it to the test by being in motion. You will perform big movements that will test your stabilization and balance, leaving you feeling stable and secure.

Limited space, 6-8 spots available (minimum of 6 participants).
Please be prepared to get down on a mat for floor exercises.
*Must commit to all three 45-min sessions. There will be no make-ups.

PILATES REFORMER CIRCUIT 4-WEEK SERIES
Starting 10/10, Tuesdays from 5:30pm-6:30pm
Member Pricing: $120

Non-Member Pricing: $160
Join us for an hour of interval training that combines cardio exercises along with resistance training for a complete body workout, all done on the Pilates Reformer. Prior experience on the Pilates Reformer is required.

*Space is limited to six so sign up early. Please note, there will be no make-ups for any missed sessions. For questions, please contact onna.hadley@activewellnesscenter.com.

ADAPTIVE SWIM
Starting 10/11, Wednesdays from 7pm-8pm
Member Pricing: $80/month
Non-Member Pricing: $95/month
Welcoming waters await! This program is designed for both swimmers and non-swimmers with either mental or physical special needs. Instructed by a Certified Swim Instructor. Five participants allowed per session.
