UCO Volleyball No. 2 Seed at NCAA Championship |
UCO Volleyball has earned the No. 2 seed in the NCAA Division II Volleyball Championship. They will face San Francisco State, the West Regional champion, at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 12, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The national semifinals are scheduled for Friday, Dec. 13, and the national championship match will be at 6 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 14. All games will be broadcast on ESPN+.

OIT Community of Practice on Artificial Intelligence |
UCO's Office of Information Technology (OIT) is launching a Community of Practice (CoP) on artificial intelligence (AI), a collaborative space where faculty, staff and students can connect, learn and innovate. To guide the process, OIT has established the Four Pillars of AI—a framework designed to position UCO as a leader in AI innovation and education.
Those interested in attending a kickoff meeting or attend training opportunities can fill out the interest form.

'Central Dissent' Submissions Now Open |
The UCO Women's Research and BGLTQ+ Student Center and New Plains Student Publishing are now accepting submissions for the 2025 edition of "Central Dissent: A Journal of Gender and Sexuality."
Submission categories include poetry, prose, fiction, scholarly media reviews, essays, creative nonfiction and visual art. The deadline to submit a piece to the journal is Friday, Feb. 28.
