Sacred Conversations | Exploring Orientation, Disorientation, and Reorientation in the Spiritual Life - Led by Elizabeth Nunley and Amanda Phillips in the Gym
What if deeper spiritual formation happens in circles instead of rows? What if the most meaningful spiritual growth begins with an honest conversation?
Join us to explore the three movements of the spiritual life: orientation, disorientation, and reorientation. Through brief teaching and meaningful conversation in small groups, we will create space to listen well, share honestly, and to know and be known more deeply.
This 3-week class is for those who are new/new-ish and want to get to know people's stories here at St. Bs. Or, if you’ve been here for 25 years, it’s a great way to get to meet people who you might not know yet and get to learn new stories.

| Do you love coffee and meeting new people? |
The Welcome Team rotates through the various Sundays each month in teams of 3-4 preparing the coffee enjoyed at each service as well as welcoming all arrivals. Particular attention is paid to "new" or visiting folks by introducing ourselves and making sure these folks get to meet one of the clergy or vestry. Contact Amy in the church office to get on the rotation list.

Prayer for our Earth
All-powerful God, you are present in the whole universe and in the smallest of your creatures. You embrace with your tenderness all that exists. Pour out upon us the power of your love, that we may protect life and beauty. Fill us with peace, that we may live as brothers and sisters, harming no one. O God of the poor, help us to rescue the abandoned and forgotten of this earth, so precious in your eyes. Bring healing to our lives, that we may protect the world and not prey on it, that we may sow beauty, not pollution and destruction. Touch the hearts of those who look only for gain at the expense of the poor and the earth. Teach us to discover the worth of each thing, to be filled with awe and contemplation, to recognize that we are profoundly united with every creature as we journey towards your infinite light. We thank you for being with us each day. Encourage us, we pray, in our struggle for justice, love and peace.
