UCO Commencement, May 9-10 |
UCO will celebrate the achievements of approximately 1,438 graduates during the Spring 2025 Commencement Ceremonies May 9-10, in Hamilton Field House.
The ceremonies can be viewed online through UCO OnDemand, with livestreaming beginning approximately 15 minutes before each ceremony.
The UCO Office of Transportation and Parking Services (TPS) will close Parking Lots 41 and 44 at 5 p.m., Thursday, May 8, to prepare for commencement ceremonies.
Friday, May 9, there will be no parking enforcements other than safety violations campuswide. Guests attending commencement ceremonies Friday, May 9, or Saturday, May 10, can refer to the Commencement Parking Map for parking information.

The Spring 2025 Commencement Ceremonies also mark the last to be directed by Lori Beasley, Ed.D., professor and chair of Human Environmental Sciences and director of Academic Ceremonies. She has directed/coordinated UCO’s commencement ceremonies for 17 years. Join us in thanking her for service and wishing her the best in her retirement.

| Broncho Swagger Society Trade-In, May 7 |
The was created to promote the wearing of university colors and branded gear on campus and in the community.
Students, faculty and staff can get their hands on a limited-edition T-shirt by stopping by the Swagger Society table beginning at 11 a.m., Wednesday, May 7, in the Nigh University Center, with a piece of clothing in good condition from another college or university and trade it in for one of the Swagger Society pieces. Come early as inventory is limited. The table will remain open until 1 p.m. or until inventory runs out.

Spending Deadline for S-Accounts |
The spending deadline for UCOSA Ways and Means organizations S-accounts is Friday, May 9. Travel paperwork for trips occurring before this date must be filed by this deadline. Unless your organization has made prior arrangements with the SAF Budget office for a trip occurring before the end of June, S-account money will not be available to spend after May 9.

Innovation Studio Large Format Scanner |
The library’s Innovation Studio now has a large format scanner that will accept media up to 36 inches wide. It can be used to digitize materials or can be used in conjunction with our large format printers to duplicate newspapers, blueprints, posters or any other oversized items.
