The annual Open Enrollment period is happening now through tomorrow, October 18. If you need assistance enrolling in or making changes to your insurance coverage, stop by the Pharmacy Building, Room 201, tomorrow from 1:00 – 5:30 pm, to get help from the Benefits Team.

Domestic Violence Lunch and Learn

Attend a lunch and learn lecture on domestic violence Wednesday, October 23, 11:00 am – 12:00 pm, in GEB A202. Attendees will gain insights into the various forms of domestic violence, the warning signs, and risk factors. Lunch will be provided for those who register.

All UT Health Science Center employees are invited to this year’s Halloween edition of Employee Appreciation Day Thursday, October 31, 11:00 am – 2:00 pm, in Health Sciences Park. In addition to free lunch and dessert and a free water bottle, this year’s event will include a costume contest and office decorating competition! Pick up your meal tickets and water bottle Monday, October 28, or Tuesday, October 29, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm, in the Student-Alumni Center Gymnasium.

Swab-a-Palooza Could Save a Life!

The College of Pharmacy’s APhA-ASP students will conduct cheek swabs at Swab-a-Palooza on Wednesday, October 23, 12:00 – 2:00 pm in the Pharmacy Building lobby. The cheek swabs could help national organizations match patients who need stem cell or bone marrow transplants with potential donors.

Fall Concert Series in the Park

The Memphis Medical District Collaborative invites you to its Fall Concert Series in Health Sciences Park on October 24 and October 31. In addition to free live music, there will be food and drinks available for purchase. On October 24, the first 100 UT Health Science Center employees will be offered a $10 food voucher!
