As we celebrate American Pharmacists Month, I am struck by the unwavering commitment of our alumni, students, and faculty in supporting those severely affected by recent storms. Their actions exemplify the true spirit of Gamecock Pharmacists.
Our students actively participated in the campus Stuff-A-Bus initiative, collecting essential items for storm victims. The Palmetto Poison Center provided crucial safety information before, during, and after the storms. Many alumni worked tirelessly to ensure patients had access to vital medications.
These efforts demonstrate the compassion and dedication of our pharmacy community. They remind us of what it truly means to be a Gamecock Pharmacist.
