Bridging the Gap: Women's Health and Advocacy Luncheon

In celebration of Women's Health Month, the Community Outreach and Engagement team, in collaboration with the Black Infant Health Program, hosted a special luncheon event. The program emphasized patient advocacy, mental health, and highlighted available programs and resources tailored especially for Black women. Free massages and health screenings were offered to attendees, enhancing the focus on holistic well-being. This impactful event was made possible through the valuable contributions of presenters and exhibitors who shared their expertise and support. The luncheon fostered awareness and empowerment around women's health, addressing the unique needs of Black women in the community.
