2026 Conflict of Interest Disclosures are due by November 30th

Dear AU Research Community,

Conflict of interest (COI) disclosures are due from all staff and faculty by November 30th.

Additionally, AU personnel participating in sponsored research are reminded that a current, completed COI disclosure must be on file prior to grant submission. Investigators planning to submit grant proposals should ensure their disclosures are current and complete well in advance of the sponsor’s submission deadline to avoid delays in institutional review.

Following the November 30th deadline, grant submissions will not be submitted without a current, completed COI disclosure.

Directions to Complete COI Disclosure

Disclosures can be completed at infoed.augusta.edu.
Login requires your AU username and password plus DUO authentication.
Once logged in, scroll to the bottom of the screen, and under “Conflict of Interest Disclosures,” click “Create/Update Disclosure.”
Complete the form, and on the Certification page, click “Submit.”
Once this is done, someone will review your disclosure and, if additional information is needed, we will reach out to you.
