This year's guest speaker will be Gabby Douglas, the Olympic superstar who made history as the first Black woman to win the Individual All-Around title and has earned three Olympic gold medals.

Celebrate the first anniversary of UTA’s Post-Consumer Compost Program at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 28 at the University Center. The date marks one year since the program received the Texas Environmental Leadership Award. The celebration will be a chance to learn about the program and how you can get involved.
