Congratulations to the Talent, Culture, and Engagement (TCE) team for winning the Find It, Fix It, and Flaunt It brand campaign. A tie with Audit and Consulting Services for the Find It items proceeded to to a tie-breaker, with TCE having more Fix It items. TCE will now Flaunt It with a pizza party for the team. Marketing, Management, and Engagement would like to thank all the departments and colleges that participated in the campaign and will now begin fixing the digital logos.
The work does not stop, so continue to find and upload those "no" logos to make the "go" logos.

The highlight of the University's yearlong 130th celebration is the Birthday Bash at Brazos Park on Friday, Sept. 5, at 10:30 a.m. This will be a party to remember!

130th anniversary, 130th game
|
On Friday, Aug. 22, UTA alumni, staff, faculty, and students took themselves to the ball game for Texas v. Cleveland. Mavericks got an official ball cap, took photos with Blaze (in his new UTA tartan shirt), and filled the Sky Porch to watch the game. UTA's 130th anniversary was honored on the big screen, and a UTA alumnus threw out the first pitch. It was a fitting win for the Rangers and UTA Mavericks celebrating 130.
