Shared Resources

Our Shared Resources section offers a curated set of materials reviewed and approved by participating offices, making it simpler to find accurate information in one place. It uses a very robust search bar to find the tool, topic or type of resource you need.

Timesheet Reminders

We invite our customers to subscribe to our Ecotime Timesheet Reminders for both Submitters and Approvers. Visit the page to learn more about the notifications, sign up or adjust your settings for any of the subscriptions.

News & Communications

We've just launched a new section for News & Communications where the latest messages are posted for online viewing. The page includes an archive and is designed to organize and preserve key communications so staff can easily reference them whenever needed.

We invite you, The Collaborative community and UC San Diego, to participate in the upcoming Lean in Higher Education 2026 Global Conference. Lean HE is a global community of people addressing challenges in higher education using continuous improvement methods. Lean HE is committed to sharing resources and supporting the transformative work of higher education professionals.

The Collaborative will be featured in a session that is currently scheduled for Oct 28th at 2:30pm PT: Stability in Motion: Building Anti-Fragile Services Through Strategic Alliance.

The 24-hour virtual conference begins October 28 at 12:00 UTC (5:00 a.m. PT) and follows the globe across time zones. You are free to come and go to sessions you choose. Sessions are led by people doing improvement work inside colleges and universities, focusing on what they tried, what changed, what they learned, and what others can adapt. It’s a great way to see how peers around the world are tackling similar challenges. The content is geared for all levels of experience in improvement and will include interactive sessions and practical takeaways. No travel and no cost, this online conference is free and happening wherever you are!
