Mandatory Training Deadline Tomorrow!

Be sure to complete your required training(s) before the deadline tomorrow, May 31! Regular staff, faculty, and temporary employees must complete the Mandatory Compliance Training and Outside Interest Disclosure (OID) Form; residents must complete HIPAA Training and the OID Form; and students must complete HIPAA Training to comply with UT System policies and federal regulations.

Help Clean Up Soulsville! 

Volunteers are needed at a community cleanup in Soulsville this Saturday, June 1, from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. Participants will meet at Memphis Rox, 879 East McLemore Ave., and will then disperse into the community. All necessary materials, including trash bags, gloves, high-visibility vests, and water, will be provided.

Attend SafeZone Training

Students, faculty, and staff are invited to this year’s SafeZone Training on Wednesday, June 12, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm, in the HR Training Room in 910 Madison. Attendees will learn about LGBTQ+ identities and examine how they are treated in health care and education. Light refreshments will be provided.
