CHRS Go-Live on March 24!

What You Need to Know

The Common Human Resources System (CHRS) go-live is Monday, March 24.

Implementation begins today through Sunday, March 23.
The current CMS-HR system will be retired today at 4:00 pm.
Campus Solutions (i.e., Student Center and Faculty Center) will be offline on Saturday, March 22 until Sunday, March 23.

On Monday, March 24, follow these steps before accessing CHRS to ensure the best experience:

Open your web browser and clear cache and cookies.
- Ensure all browser tabs are closed.
- After clearing cache/cookies, close the browser and reopen.
Preview Request Absence or Enter Time videos.
For CHRS functional questions, join an "Open Support Hours" via the Sac State HR Events calendar (search for "CHRS Open Support").
For CHRS access issues, submit an IRT service desk ticket.
