If you ever need to contact Key Control for a locked office or other authorized area, response times may vary based on the priority of service calls and the availability of personnel. That's why you should always safeguard your keys and credentials to minimize the need for lockout services.
As a reminder, starting Monday, Sept. 1, a lock out fee and associated expenses will be charged by Key Control to the person or department requesting the service. This revised billing structure is designed to provide greater accuracy, transparency, and equity in service-related charges. Please be aware of the updated procedures for unlocking buildings in the latest policy update.
