Lake Travis Senior Services: Making Your Health and Wellness Plan - Tuesday, February 11th at 10:30am

Are you living your best life? Amy Temperley, Chief Executive Officer of Aging is Cool, will show participants how to assess their health and create a wellness plan during this Lake Travis Senior Services seminar. Temperley has been committed to improving the lives of older adults for over 30 years. She is passionate about issues related to living a full life, active aging, and ageism. Join us!

 

Lego Club - Thursday, February 13th from 10:30am to 11:30am

Do you love Legos? Children ages five and up are invited to drop in for this free play session with Youth Services Librarian Nicholle Halprin!

 

Genealogy Talk: Let's Learn About DNA - Friday, February 14th at 10:30am

Join skilled genealogist Jane Schwendinger to learn how you can use DNA to help find your relatives at this informative Genealogy Talk. Jane will also leave some time at the end of the presentation to answer your genealogy research questions. 

 

Come and Go Crafts - Friday, February 14th from 10:30am to 11:30am

All are invited to the drop in for Come and Go Crafts in the children's room to make adorable hearts with pipe cleaners and pony beads. Happy Valentine's Day!

 

Home Buyer Bootcamp - Saturday, February 15th at 10:30am

Join Mortgage Broker Brittanie Thornton and Realtor Katie Bigus to gain the knowledge and confidence you need to navigate the home buying process from start to finish. We'll see you there! 

 

Bookmobile Stop Spotlight: Winston's - Monday, February 17th at 10am

We've recently added a pop-up story time and bookmobile stop at Winston's! Winston's is a local business on Bee Creek Road that specializes in pizza, baked goods, coffee, and wine. Stop by on Monday, February 17th at 10am for an all-ages story time with Outreach Preschool Coordinator Krista Byrd, plus a visit from the bookmobile where you can borrow library materials and pick up a Take & Make craft. Come see us at Winston's to enjoy great books, songs, stories, and community!
