IUP students now have access to Togetherall, a safe, online, peer-to-peer mental health community that empowers individuals to seek and provide support 24/7 anonymously. Togetherall also acts as a hub of other well-being-related courses and resources that foster positive mental health.
Who Should Use Togetherall?
Any student struggling with common life stressors and/or mental health challenges and looking for additional online support/ resources.
Access point: Mobile-responsive website (www.togetherall.com); use your student email address to register as a member of an eligible university or college.

When Is the Last Day I Can Make Changes to My Spring Schedule? |
Tuesday, January 28, is the last day of the add/drop period and the last day to change your schedule. The verification of attendance process ends Wednesday, January 29. The “N” stands for nonparticipation and must be corrected if you’ve attended the class. If you have an “N” grade for a class you have been attending, please get in touch with the instructor to request that the “N” grade be removed or reach out to your Navigator for additional help.

Winter Warm-Up is just around the corner! Winter Warm-Up will be held on Friday, January 31, from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. in the KCAC. This yearly tradition brings together our student organizations, campus partners, college departments, community partners, and the greater IUP community to show off their best to all Crimson Hawks. If you and your group want to participate, sign up today by 11:59 p.m.

Do you need a TB test? Stop by the Suites on Maple East, Room G65, on Monday, January 27, from 4:30 until 6:30 p.m. for a free TB test.
Any IUP student needing TB testing can schedule a free test at Health Service by calling 724-357-2550 or emailing health-inquiry@iup.edu.
You will need to return to Health Service 48–72 hours after the test to have it ready by a nurse. See the TB Clinic Test Dates for spring 2025.
