SANTA BARBARA, Calif. (October 28, 2025) — Santa Barbara City College (SBCC) will welcome more than 70 colleges and universities to its West Campus Great Meadow on Wednesday, Oct. 29, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., for its annual College Transfer Fair, a signature event showcasing the college’s continued commitment to advancing student transfer success.
Explore Universities. Expand Opportunities
The Transfer Fair provides current and prospective students with an opportunity to explore a wide range of higher education options. Representatives from the University of California (UC) and California State University (CSU) systems, as well as private, independent, out-of-state, and international institutions, will be available to discuss admissions requirements, academic programs, financial aid and scholarships, housing, and more.
Whether students are just beginning their academic journey, preparing to transfer in Fall 2026, or exploring future possibilities, the fair serves as a central hub for transfer information and university connections. The event is open to the public, and community members are encouraged to attend.
Attendees will also enjoy a festive atmosphere featuring complimentary Bombazo burritos, ice cream, chips, and beverages, as well as a photo booth, music, transfer-themed games, giveaways, and university and SBCC swag.
