Use the study cycle to best prepare for each course:Ā
|
-
Preview course material before class.
- Attend each course with an open mind and a willingness to learn.
- Review your notes and assignments consistently throughout the week.
- Spend time studying in small increments rather than cramming or procrastinating at the last minute before quizzes and exams.
-
Check your knowledge by using flash cards or a study partner to assess your understanding of course information.

š¤Stay Healthy this Semester! |
Help yourself stay healthy this semester by washing your hands often, avoiding close contact with anyone who appears ill, eating a balanced diet, getting plenty of rest, and trying to get outdoors and breathe fresh air.
If you develop respiratory symptoms and a fever, stay home until you have not had a fever for 24 hours without any fever reducer. Once your symptoms improve and you are fever-free, you can resume normal activities, but remember to wear a mask around others for five days.
If you have questions, call Health Service at 724-357-2550 or email health-inquiry@iup.edu.
